DELIVERY

We offer fast delivery in Norway with Posten.

We also ship internationally to all other countries and regions with DHL Express.

All orders are sent within 1 - 2 working days after the purchase has been completed, and the delivery time is 2 - 5 working days depending on where in the country you live.

We reserve the right to extend delivery times on public holidays and holidays. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.

In the checkout at checkout, you will see exactly which delivery methods and times apply to your order.

Delivery to Norway: Our warehouse is located in Oslo. No duty will be charged on orders made to addresses registered in Norway.

Delivery to Svalbard and Jan Mayen is considered to be abroad for customs purposes, and deliveries to these places will therefore be treated the same as international deliveries, see the section below for further information.

International deliveries: If your order is sent internationally, it may need to clear customs. As a result, fees may be incurred. The extent of these will depend on the regulations in the country to which the item(s) are to be delivered.

We would like to make our customers aware that FITBERRY does not cover any fees (including customs duties) for international shipments. FITBERRY will not be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance. FITBERRY is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting payment of duties and taxes. Shipping costs are not refunded.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately do not have the option to cancel your order. If you do not wish to keep the item(s), you must make a return. You will find more information on how to make a return on our RETURN & EXCHANGE page.

After your order has been completed, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order, this includes the following:

· Change product or size.

· Change delivery/billing address.

· Adding items to your order.

· Change shipping method.

If you have completed a purchase and have not received an order confirmation, the email may have ended up in your spam folder. We therefore encourage you to check the junk mail in your inbox before contacting our support team.

If the order confirmation has not ended up in the junk mail, we recommend that you wait 24 hours after your order has been completed to ensure that there are no delays with the e-mail provider.

If you have not received an order confirmation 24 hours after a completed purchase, please contact our support team at hello@fitberry.no with the following information:

· The email address the purchase was registered to.

· The date you ordered the item(s).

· Customer name.

· State that you have not received an order confirmation.

If you should have received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact our support team at hello@fitberry.no immediately. Provide the following information so that we can resolve this quickly and efficiently for you:

· The email address the purchase was registered to.

· Customer name.

· Order number (you can find this in the e-mail with your order confirmation).

· Product name of the incorrectly sent item/product name of the missing item.

As soon as we have received your inquiry with the above information, our support team will resolve this for you as soon as possible!

If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately at hello@fitberry.no with the following information:

· The email address the purchase was registered to.

· Customer name.

· Order number (you can find this in the e-mail with your order confirmation).

· Product name of the defective item.

· Attach photos that clearly show:

1. The defect/damage.

2. The product in full length.

3. Picture of the FITBERRY logo and the damage in one and the same picture.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns. In the event of a refund, a return fee of NOK 89 will be deducted from the amount. Changing the size is free.

We only accept returns/exchanges in accordance with the following conditions:

· The product must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

· The product must be in original condition.

· The product must be unused and unwashed with all tags still attached to the garment.

· The product cannot have marks from deodorant, stains of any kind (make-up, self-tanning etc.) and/or abnormal odors (perfume etc.). If the product has such marks, damage and/or smell, we will credit 30% of the original invoice.

· We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the product is not sent back in accordance with the above points.

· When the return/shipment with a request for an exchange has been received at our warehouse, the return/exchange will be processed within 5 - 7 working days. Upon return, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. In the event of a refund, a return fee of NOK 89 will be deducted from the amount. You will receive a confirmation to the email where the purchase was registered when the return has been received, inspected and completed.

· Any shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refunded.

· We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments when you return products. Contact the carrier for more information.

You can return/exchange up to 14 days after your FITBERRY order was delivered.

When the return has been received at our warehouse, you will be sent an email confirming that the return has arrived at our warehouse. Your return will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after it has been received by us.

Exchange items will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 - 7 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your new shipment is on its way.

Returns that have arrived in our warehouse are processed within 5 - 7 working days. As soon as the return is approved, the order is credited. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method and you will receive an email confirming that a refund has been made.

The time frame for the refund to your account will vary depending on the original payment method. It may take 7 - 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
